PRIVACY POLICY FOR MARBLE SWOOP
Effective Date: September 28, 2026. Last updated: October 2, 2026.
Redwilo operates the virtual reality game Marble Swoop for Meta Horizon OS devices (Meta Quest). This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you play our Game.
1. Information Collection and Use
Meta Horizon Device Identifiers (User ID): We access your unique Meta Horizon User ID through official Meta Horizon OS platform features to securely process and validate in-game full-game unlocks (In-App Purchases). This ID is strictly used to tie your purchase state to your official account inside the VR environment.
User Profile Data: We read your public Meta Horizon profile info (username and profile photo) solely to personalize the in-game user interface and the purchase display panel.
Device User Data: The Game processes local device user data (including headset position and controller/hand tracking coordinates) purely locally on your device to render the VR environment, sphere throwing physics, and gameplay mechanics.
Analytics (GameAnalytics): The Game uses GameAnalytics, a third-party analytics service, to collect anonymized gameplay statistics (level progress, session events, device model and OS version) solely to improve game stability and balance. No personal data is sold or shared for advertising. All save files and progress data are stored entirely locally on your Meta Horizon device.
2. In-App Purchases (Commerce)
All financial transactions, payments, and billing for the Temple Pack / Full Game Unlock add-on are handled securely and directly by Meta Horizon Store commerce systems. Redwilo never receives, views, or stores your credit card details, bank accounts, or financial billing information.
3. Data Processors and Third Parties
We do not share, sell, or disclose Meta Horizon User Data or Device User Data to any third-party data processors, advertising agencies, or external service providers, except for anonymized analytics data sent to GameAnalytics as described in Section 1.
4. Data Retention and Security
Since all data handling is done locally on your headset or through Metas secure ecosystem, your data remains secure within your Meta account boundaries. Local game save files can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the Game from your device or clearing app data via Meta Horizon OS settings.
5. Your Data Rights and Deletion Requests
Right to deletion — available to all users worldwide: Every Marble Swoop player, regardless of geographic location, may request the deletion of any data we hold about them. This right is free and does not depend on your country or region.
How to request deletion: Send an email to epinseri@gmail.com with the subject line "Marble Swoop – Data Deletion Request" and include your Meta Horizon username. We will confirm your request and delete the associated data (such as analytics records tied to your account) within 30 days.
Local data: Save files and settings stored on your headset can be removed immediately and entirely by you — uninstall the Game or clear its app data via Meta Horizon OS settings. No contact with us is needed for local data.
Platform-held data: Data that lives inside your Meta account (purchase records, profile information) is governed by Meta's own systems; you can also manage it through your Meta account settings or by contacting Meta support.
6. Contact Us
For any question about this Privacy Policy, your data, or a deletion request, email us at epinseri@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 7 days.
